We are currently looking for an **IT Quality Architect**who will be part of IT Food Safety & Quality Center of Expertise (COE) with direct report to the Manager of the COE Food Safety & Quality department based in Alba (Italy). **Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for **ensuring the quality and integrity of Food Safety & Quality systems**and related processes within an organization. You will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Food Safety & Quality systems, ensuring that they meet the organization's standards and requirements supported by external consultants. You will create and **maintain architectural documentation**, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.



Communicate the architecture to various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and executives, to foster understanding and support. Additionally, you will also be responsible for **monitoring and improving the performance of the IT services linked to the entire perimeter of the Food Safety & Quality COE** by managing the appropriate periodic meetings and making decisions aimed at achieving the pre-set results. Furthermore, you will be also responsible for **managing the external resources** and must coordinate and assigns activities to external resources for the various activities of the area of his competence, monitoring the costs, times, and quality of the result. You will also be engaged in specific circumstances as **project leader of specific initiatives**, especially if strictly related to Food Safety & Quality. **Who we are looking for**:
You have bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management and have at least 4 years of experience in international companies in FMCG or retail with central HQ / Service company. Experience implementing solutions in the ServiceNow platform is a plus, as well as LIMS. You have knowledge of SAP, ideally in the QM module. You have knowledge of Food Safety and Quality, as well as Industrial and Supply Chain business processes and strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. You describe yourself as proactive and a team player and are able to organize and meet deadlines. You have good communication skills and are proficient in English. **How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero**:
