Your Tasks: - Responsibility for the financial accounting and closings of designated European Beiersdorf companies
- Dealing with Tax advisor, Tax authorities and local documentations / obligations
- Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP (e.g. HGB) and IFRS
- Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements




- Contact for financial and tax auditors
- Monitoring and reporting of VAT transactions and contact person for questions related to VAT
- Pro-active development and standardization of accounting processes
- Participation in international projects e.g. introduction of new software solutions to support the annual financial statements
- Ensuring integration between the SAP modules FI, CO and SD
- Responsibility for G/L account and cost center master data and account assignment details
- Bank accounting
- Posting wages, salaries and pension payments **Your Profile**:
Your Profile: - Successfully completed professional education in business administration or a Bachelor's degree with focus on finance and accounting
- 5+ years professional experience in finance and accounting
- Additional accounting certificates will be an asset
- Good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Fluent English
- Other European languages are a plus
- Based in Milan, willingness to travel once a month maximum
- Part of an international organization
