Webuild is a global construction player specialized in building **large works and complex infrastructure** for the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the delivery of IT systems for projects related to process innovation, ensuring effective integration of processes into the system.
- Support project implementation by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, particularly in accounting, supply chain and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, translate them into functional requirements, and define processes that can be implemented into IT systems.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Travel for on-site missions (domestic and international) to provide training, troubleshooting, and system fine-tuning, especially where project requirements differ from the standard system.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with company standards, while also identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. **Qualifications**:



- 7-10 years of experience in consultancy or structured firms ideally with a background in IT system implementation or IT process innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in accounting, supply chain and reporting.
- Previous experience in industrial sectors (preferably Construction and Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas), with exposure to IT systems and process implementation.
- Ability to manage both internal teams and external vendors. **Complete the profile**: - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and available for international travel
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
