Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with background in finance, exceptional project management capabilities, and proven leadership skills. This role requires a dynamic individual to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive financial strategies in the execution of Aerospace Engineering Operations strategies. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Engineering Operations Strategy planning, execution, and delivery of Aerospace AOP engineering objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in alignment with Aerospace engineering objectives. (Momentum/Census/Capital/CEAL/EAC/Milestones)
- Collaborate with EOPS leadership team in planning and implementing engineering strategies in region.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes performance and implementing best practices & Engineering Productivity projects.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to engineering, HR, and finance teams, fostering collaboration and accountability in driving engineering objectives.
- Prepare and present project updates, financial summaries,



and performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management/Finance within engineering or technical industries.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. **Our offer**
