IT Support Engineer (Chinese Speaking) 技术支持专员 Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of logistics software, including testing, upgrades, releases, and deployment.
Coordinate the implementation of new features and system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide first-line IT support for system-related issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and user assistance.
Support both Chinese- and Italian-speaking users in identifying and resolving technical problems.
Act as the main liaison between the HQ IT team and the Italy operations team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Apply a product-oriented mindset to understand user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of application functionality.
Collect and communicate user feedback to the development team and help translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
Ensure that IT processes and system functionalities are aligned with user requirements and business objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation across logistics and IT operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT product management, logistics systems, application support, or a related field.
Experience in software development, testing, debugging, or technical support is a plus.
Good understanding of software applications and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, operations, and development teams.
Fluent in Chinese and Italian; good English communication skills are a plus.
Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Legally eligible to work in Italy.
What We Offer
