As an intern you will act as an In-house Clinical Research Associate supporting our wider clinical operations team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in ICON's Milan offices. What You Will Be Doing: - Responsible for supporting in-house CRA activities relating to the running of Clinical Trials as defined by the study budget
- Providing support to the CRAs and directly to Sites to process and resolve queries and requests as required.
- You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, supporting various projects and initiatives across the organization.
- You will work closely with team members to develop your skills and contribute to meaningful work that impacts our mission. Your Profile: - Laurea Triennale and Laurea Magistrale in a relevant field such as biotechnology, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research -related specializations for example.
- A strong desire to learn and gain practical experience in a professional setting towards a future career within clinical research as a CRA or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
