Do you have experience in providing technical support to users for a wide range of computer-related issues? MSXI has the job for you!** MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Workplace Associate to join our team in Rome. **The Role** As a Digital Workplace Associate, you will be actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders, and local markets and you will play a key role in delivering technical support. Your key tasks will be: - Maintaining continuous upkeep and improvement of local IT infrastructure, comms rooms, workstations
- Identifying, analysing, troubleshooting issues
- Recommend solutions to users to resolve their problem, help them implement the solution
- Update knowledge base with process change
- Support the implementation of new services to improve overall user satisfaction **Qualifications** About you** We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Digital Workplace Associate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics or similar experience, as well as: - 1-3 years of proven working experience with Support Operations Microsoft and Office 365, Windows Environments
- Solid knowledge of A+, N+ and ICDL
- English knowledge
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
