As a **Regulatory Affairs Intern** at Flix, you can make an impact by being part of a team that handles all the **authorizations** required to correctly operate all national and international lines for the next season (spring/summer 2026). **About the Role**: - You will support the Authorization team to obtain the final authorization for each bus lines in collaboration with our Network Planning, Business Development, Bus Station and Operation team
- You will prepare the required documentation and take care of data-entry and delivery of docs
- You will work on timetable, maps, drive and rest schedules of our lines to deliver a compliant product according to the regulation (both domestic and European) **About You**: - Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations or related studies
- Analytical skills, high accuracy and precision attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated to achieve results with an entrepreneurial drive to independently develop our business, complemented by a reliable and responsible working style




- Fluent Italian and English, any other European language is a plus
- A strong desire to learn and actively collaborate in a dynamic, young and enthusiastic team
- Motivation, precision and dedication are key characteristics
