About the role We are looking for a SFE Analyst who can support Commercial Excellence in improving Sales Force performance, measure it and also can support and improve reports and analysis to sustain achievement of financial and strategic targets. Key responsibilities
- Salesforce KPIs monitoring, reporting and analysis
- Build models and quali/quantitative methodologies
- BI tools usage to build reports ad hoc
- Coordinate and control Customer Master Data Management process
- Improve Trade Spending Management process
- Support IBP process and flow with effective communication between Sales, Marketing and Finance functions Qualifications and skills Essential- 1_/2 years of experience- Good experience into Pharmacy / MM Channel in a FMCG company- High capacity to work in team-
- Problem solving and analytical skills- Specific knowledge of market or of other similar / adjacent segments- Really good statistic and excel skills- English fluent- Master in excel- Strong numerical attitude- Reliability of the outcomes- Respect of timeline- Work across boundaries- Ability to manage huge workloads unbalanced across time- Decision making Preferred
- Experience like analyst in finance and marketing
