We are looking for a talented individual eager to make a difference in managing tenders. As a **Tender Specialist**, you will lead tender processes and contribute to our organization's operational excellence. Your Responsability:
Select and analyze customer requests
- Tender Management: Coordinating and supervising all aspects of the tender process, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Researching and selecting suppliers: Finding qualified suppliers and inviting them to bid.
- Check daily deadlines and send reminders to suppliers to receive offers.
- Negotiating and awarding contracts: Finalizing terms with the chosen supplier and formalizing the agreement.
- Document Preparation: Preparing, reviewing,
and organizing tender documentation with precision and attention to detail technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
- Market Research: Analyzing industry trends and competitors to improve tender strategies and increase the likelihood of success.
- Collaboration: Working closely with various departments, such as sales, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.
- Follow-Up: Monitoring tender outcomes and maintaining relationships with clients or stakeholders for future opportunities
- Evaluating bids: Analysing proposals based on costs, quality, and other parameters and track their status in the SAP System.
- Contract monitoring: Ensuring the supplier meets the agreed terms and delivers as expected. **Requirement**
- At least 2 years of experience in a tender sector.
- Proficiency level for Microsoft Office Package and SAP Tool.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2-C1 level). **Soft Skills**
