Lime is hiring a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team in Italy! In this role, you will report into the Comms & Brand Lead for France, Beneleux and Southern Europe. You will be responsible for writing and creating content that is engaging, informative and inspirational for our riders. You will also support the coordination and execution of local content and brand marketing campaigns/projects, helping us strengthen a mission-driven brand that riders and cities in Italy love. Lime is at an exciting inflection point as we scale rapidly toward our next stage of growth. In this role, you will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as we build the foundation for long-term success. We are a remote first company! For this role, it's preferred that the individual hired be based in Rome or Milan. **What you’ll do**: - Craft content that will be part of our communication strategy towards riders
- Connect and deepen engagement with our audience, to build brand loyalty and trust
- Localise global brand and marketing content
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Creative, Rider Growth, Local Operations,



and other teams to align content with business needs and ensure cohesive, localized messaging
- Support planning and execution of Italian marketing, influencer and PR campaigns; acting as daily point of contact for coordination
- Support maximising existing partnerships network, and identify opportunities for collaboration with new and like-minded local brands and organisations
- Attend local events and photoshoots to maximise their impact and capture content
- Proactively identify social media trends in Italy to help create relevant content for global social channels **About you**: - 2-3 years of experience in copywriting and content development, ideally with Direct-to-Consumer or lifestyle brands, either in-house or agency side.
- Master of multiple writing styles - ability to adapt writing style depending on audience and channel with ease
- Experience in copywriting is a required skill
- Excellent writing skills, with an emphasis on creative copywriting
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Collaborative, creative and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to work autonomously, with a get-it-done attitude
- Knowledge of all social media and their specific uses, from formats to technical constraints, and a very good web culture
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop & Premiere is desirable **Preferred Experience/Qualifications**
- A past experience in marketing, event or project management will be a strong plus
- Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High-energy, confident, driven and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
