We are expanding our presence in Italy and are currently looking for a Relationship Manager in Milan to work with Italian-speaking retail clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investments who wants to grow.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing high-quality service and helping them get the most from our investment platform. You'll be part of a growing and ambitious team with real opportunities for career development. **Responsibilities**:
**Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients**: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries.
Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance.
Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients.




Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service.
Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.
**Requirements**:
Fluent Italian (C2/native-level) to communicate with local clients.
Fluent English for internal communication.
2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role.
Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Motivation and potential to grow into a full Relationship Manager position.
