Milan, Italy **Employment Type** Permanent Tempo pieno **Function** Operations **The Role** **_ Do you want to be part of an exciting journey to support the renewable energy transition in Italy?_**
- As part of the Contracts & Claims Management team, you will support the commercial and contractual management of our growing portfolio of renewable energy projects in Italy. The Contracts and Claims Manager will help oversee supplier performance, support negotiations of EPC, O&M;, and supply agreements, and ensure contracts are effectively implemented across the region.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues in Engineering & Construction, Procurement, Legal, and Asset Management to ensure contracts are clear, commercially sound, and aligned with project goals. From tracking performance to supporting claims and contract changes, this role contributes directly to the success of our operations in Italy. **Desirable Skills**:
- Experience managing EPC and O&M; contracts, ideally in renewable energy or solar PV- Strong negotiation and commercial skills- Fluent in Italian and English—spoken and written- Comfortable working cross-functionally and improving processes- Skilled in tracking performance, reporting, and supporting dispute resolution
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering or similar discipline is required.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with sound judgment **We use English as our business language,
