**Location** Milan, Lombardy, Italy **Job ID** R-222508 **Date posted** 02/06/2025 AstraZeneca is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Oncology Business Unit (OBU) as a Business Excellence Partner. Reporting to the Field Force and Channel Excellence Head, the BEX Partner will support senior colleagues in managing projects and initiatives to enhance OBU’s execution and contribute to accelerate business performance. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Call Planning**: - Support HCP/HCO mapping and segmentation, aiding in the alignment of effort allocation with business opportunities.
- Help organize the Sales Call Planning process and track customer engagement metrics (including omnichannel efforts). Provide input on optimizing OBU efforts across all franchises. **Target Setting**: Assist management in setting clear target objectives and aligning them with KPIs. **Performance Analysis**: - Monitor sales performance and customer engagement metrics; assist in preparing performance reviews.
- Conduct market trends analysis and provide support to sales teams regarding targeting and territory management.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team by supporting the preparation of omnichannel campaign monitoring reports.
- Help build dashboards and perform simple ad-hoc analyses as required. **Incentive Compensation**:



- Assist with the implementation, execution and development of incentive schemes for OBU franchises.
- Develop analysis, reports and proposals for incentive committee meetings **GTM Development**: Support senior colleagues in the development of go-to-market models for current and future portfolio. **Skills and Competencies**
