Purchasing Specialist at DHL Supply Chain and work closely with the Purchasing Manager and our collaborative team. You’ll play a key role as a trusted partner for internal clients, ensuring quality, price, and service in all procurement activities. What you’ll do: - Support internal customer satisfaction by delivering on quality, price, and service expectations;
- Collaborate with technical departments (facility, security, project management)



and coordinate with the GBS Procurement team;
- Prepare and manage tenders: identify suppliers, analyze offers, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers;
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address challenges, involving the manager when needed;
- Conduct data analysis and create reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement. What we need from you: - Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent English.
