Analyst - Business Intelligence & Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst - Business Intelligence & Operations: RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the aspects of Competitive and Partner Intelligence, providing competitive market insights, including market trends and changes in customer demands for the purpose of proactively identifying, analysing, and addressing changes in the healthcare environment of our partners and allowing timely decision-making re sales pipeline.
- Contribute to the Business Intelligence activities providing smart analytics to predict future sales funnel challenges enabling foresight and risk mitigation measures for senior management
- Own standardized and centralized process efficiency infrastructure (eg. PE&O; Database & Tableau reporting, processes methodologies, templates) to ensure data consistency across Evotec into ONE cohesive and automated systems
- Interface proactively with internal key stakeholders on global processes and information flow (e.g. Alliance Managers, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Project Management, Marketing Corporate Communication, IR and others)
- Contribute to training plan, induction,



and education opportunities to ensure high performance teams across the partnering organization by refining the competences’ framework
- Collect and distribute partnering relevant information within Evotec QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and/or MSc in Science
- 1+ year drug discovery &/or development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- High level understanding of drug discovery and development aspects is desired
- Prior experience working in the business analytics, experience working in a complex IT environment is a plus
- Ability to work in cross functional teams, entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, strategic thinker, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, interpersonal, influencing and networking skills
- Demonstrates high energy and levels of drive, enthusiasm, commitment and ability to cope with pressure, with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with a good degree of autonomy
- Fluent in English
