**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**: - Monitor and steer progress on SBU financial objectives, orders, sales and GP%
- Leads SBU product teams to drive portfolio strategy, including rationalization, regionalization, and costing for TOV and CBL
- Drives new product development programs, value engineering, cost reduction activities, to achieve year-over-year growth; and long-term product planning in line with SBU and ISV strategy with a focus on building a complementary portfolio between AEV and CBL
- Own pricing strategy and pricing positioning strategy across the TOV/CBL portfolio
- Perform defined Voice of the Customer research projects: prepare questionnaires, meet customers, collect feedback on new and existing products
- Lead product teams to analyze proposed product requirements and product development programs; establish reason and time schedule with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and MARCOM
- Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams and alignment with business goals **Who You Are**:
**For this Role, You Will Need**: - Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Industrial Business, preferable in Oil and Gas Industry, B2B




- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a product management role with global exposure
- Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams
- Willing to travel as necessary (less than 20% of the time)
- Strong MS Office skills and data management
- Fluency in English **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**: - Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Preferable experience in programs management
