**Summary** We are seeking a highly autonomous and proactive Legal Specialist to serve as our central point of reference for all legal matters. While this role independently manages the company's internal legal function, it operates in close partnership with our external legal consultancy and is deeply integrated with stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of legal operations-from contract management to policy development **Key Responsibilities** **Contract Management & Administration**: - Serve as the primary reviewer and approver of all legal agreements, including those with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end signature process for all contracts, efficiently utilizing e-signature tools to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained and documented.
- Maintain a centralized and organized database of all legal agreements for easy retrieval and reference.
- Draft, review, and improve new and existing contract templates to streamline the agreement process and enhance legal protections. **Legal Advisory & Support**: - Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking legal advice and guidance.
- Partner closely with our external legal consultancy company for specialized support, escalated issues, and strategic improvements.
- Lead and manage internal legal projects, utilizing project management tools like ClickUp to track progress and ensure successful outcomes. **Compliance & Policy**: - Rigorously follow and enforce internal legal processes, adopting a process-oriented approach to ensure company-wide compliance and efficiency.




- Regularly review and update the company’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, often in coordination with our external legal advisors. **Collaboration & Coordination**: - Demonstrate strong coordination skills to manage multiple legal priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Work in close cooperation with all key business stakeholders, including Finance, Human Capital, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless coordination on contracts and company-wide legal alignment. **Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a legal support role where you operated with a high degree of autonomy within a supportive structure.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian is a significant plus
- Proven ability to work independently and self-sufficiently to manage an entire function.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal operations.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
- Strong process-oriented approach to managing and improving legal workflows.
- Demonstrated project management skills with proficiency in using project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Experience using e-signature tools (e.g., Eversign, Juro, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, PandaDoc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and collaborating across departments. Work Location: Hybrid remote in 65123 PESCARA, PE Expected Start Date: 04/08/2025
