**About the position**:
Join our client as a **Retail Sales Consultant** and work with the **premium brand.** Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers in our **Flagship Store - the world of high-quality sound and sophisticated design.** **Key functions**: - Understanding each customer's preferences, needs, and desires through active listening and tailored questions.
- Mastery of both verbal and non-verbal communication, ensuring clarity and warmth in interactions.
- Ability to forge connections with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Managing one's emotions and empathizing with customers to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Thinking on one's feet and providing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Noticing and attending to the finer points of products and customer needs, ensuring bespoke and thoughtful interactions.
- Exceptional service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Successful experience in conducting proactive sales of premium or luxury goods, preferably in audio/video categories.
- Experience working with CRM systems and knowledge of sales pipeline management.




- Fluent in Italian and English. **Qualifications and skills**: - Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
- Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
- Fluent Italian & English
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach
