Service Designer or Human-Centred Designer YBP’s Human-Centred Designer focuses on understanding and synthesizing the key actors’ needs, and relationships within an ecosystem to facilitate the co-creation of value. They employ research methodologies, visualization tools, and design processes to develop human-centered solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting secondary and primary research
- Designing and managing workshops for co-creation
- Developing clear and intuitive visual representations of processes and services
- Supporting communication efforts, including client presentations and ethnographic research documentation External Relations: - All project stakeholders Internal Relations: - All YBP roles involved in the project

1/ 2 years of experience in similar position at least very good English and very good Italian available to travel in Italy and abroad very good teamwork Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo indeterminato Retribuzione: a partire da €25.000,00 all'anno Benefit: - Abbonamento mezzi pubblici
