Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept design through executive design to construction supervision
Team Management: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects and design professionals
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants
Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards




Design Coordination: Oversee the entire design process, ensuring consistency and quality across all project phases
Construction Administration: Provide construction supervision and site administration services
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture industry
International project experience essential
Proven experience managing teams of architects and design professionals
Strong background in contractor and supplier relationship management
Experience coordinating projects through all phases: concept design, design development, executive design, and construction administration
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools
Architecture or related degree preferred
