- Discover Extraordinary* Every Day._ As a Buyer Pulp, you will play a key role in the transformation of a Procurement team with the ambition to be the Best in Class. - You will contribute to managing the procurement of Pulp materials for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy implementation with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.- You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.- You will manage the order processing workflow, ensuring strategic stock management in accordance with the production plan.- You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D;, Quality and Finance.- You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms,
payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers.- You will prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings.- You will conduct comparative analysis about suppliers’ capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw materials.- You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets. The attitudes and skills we are looking for:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role in Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain.- Passion and interest in the Procurement area.- Negotiation and cost-vantaggi analysis skills.- Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.- Drive and initiative, high energy, and ability to adapt to changing environments.- Eagerness to work in a team and foster partnerships across departments in an international environment.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Fluency in Italian and English.
