As a **Booking Agent** for our hotel, you will ensure the smooth running of the booking service and be a point of reference for our guests' experience. You will be part of a team-oriented environment, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and working in a dynamic atmosphere where flexibility and passion are key elements. Your responsibilities include: - Mastering the art of efficient phone conversations.
- Utilizing finesse in sales techniques, giving suggestions throughout the reservation process.
- Turning inquiries into successful contracted business deals.
- Identifying and pursuing promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm.
- Responding to all enquiries in a professional yet approachable tone assuring all reservations are completed and comply with the expectations of our guests.

- Experience in the role.
