The company is specialized in **manufacturing of raw materials and ingredients** for the **cosmetic and personal care** industry. We are assisting them in recruiting **a new Junior Sales Specialist** who, coached by the Sales Director, will progressively take over the **key national accounts** and clients across **Northen Europe**! **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Support senior sales representatives by preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.




- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and gain market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (internships included) is an advantage
- Proactive mindset with a passion for the cosmetics and personal care industry
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
