Are you a dynamic and energetic student or fresh graduate eager to embark on a new adventure? Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for an enthusiastic **Logistic Support Trainee** to join our **Operations Team**. This is a very exciting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or recent graduate who is willing to take on **a 6-month** experience and be part of our team. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Perform detailed checks of all invoices related to courier and 3PL (third-party logistics) services.
- Identify discrepancies, incorrect charges, or billing patterns not aligned with actual services rendered.
- Collect and organize historical invoice data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop and propose methodologies for systematic invoice control and validation.




- Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the definition of a process that could later be internalized within the existing organization. **SKILLS**: - Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistic or related field.
- Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Good Knowledge of written/spoken English is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
