**GABRIELE RIZZI LAB - HAUTE CREATIVITY** **WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** Gabriele Rizzi Lab is an international creative studio that crafts high-end entertainment, artistic direction, and experiential storytelling for luxury brands, iconic venues, and visionary partners across the globe. We are now seeking a **Business Development Manager with proven experience in the luxury market** — fashion, hospitality, jewellery, cultural institutions, or high-end creative industries — to support our next phase of growth. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** A strategic, elegant mind — with a passion for creativity and the ability to transform vision into business. You will work with a **high level of independence**, identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and turning them into concrete partnerships and business deals. **Your profile**: - Proven track record in business development, account management or partnerships **within luxury, fashion, hospitality, jewellery, or related high-end sectors**: - Deep understanding of luxury positioning, client expectations, and refined brand narratives
- Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and artistic language
- International mindset and confidence in engaging with C-level clients, global luxury groups, and cultural institutions
- Proactive, entrepreneurial,
and results-driven — with the ability to translate vision into opportunity and opportunity into results **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international luxury markets
- Represent the Lab with confidence and elegance in meetings with luxury brands, fashion houses, creative agencies, hospitality groups, and cultural institutions
- Lead the full business development cycle independently — from prospecting to deal-making
- Craft proposals and presentations that reflect our high-level creative language
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to align business goals with artistic vision
- Contribute to international growth strategy, client retention, and brand positioning **REQUIREMENTS**
- **Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in luxury sectors** (fashion, hospitality, jewellery, high-end creative industries)
- Excellent English required (Italian or French is a plus)
- Strong portfolio of clients/partnerships or relevant case studies **Contract**: Full-time
**Location**: Remote / Frequent international travel may be required
