Localisation at L10N Media contributes to our clients’ success by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our resource pool stays up to date and aligned with project needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to help deliver high-quality localisation services on time. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Onboarding Support**: Help set up profiles for approved resources and ensure all required information is complete and up to date.
- **Database Maintenance**: Keep Airtable and other tracking tools organised and accurate; regularly update resource information and flag discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for routine communication with resources,



responding to basic queries and providing updates as needed.
- **Workflow Support**: Follow established workflows and assist with maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Senior Resource Specialist and the Head of Localisation to ensure resource pipelines meet project requirements.
- **Other Tasks**: Perform other administrative or resourcing tasks as assigned to support the success of the operations team. **Qualifications**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with large data sets and fast paced data entry
- At least talent management/data entry experience or equivalent
- Bias to action, proactive and innovative by nature
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Airtable would be an advantage but is not essential Please note that this role is currently a **remote working from home position** Immediate availability is **essential** Pay: €21,500.00 - €26,000.00 per year
