**Role Overview**: - This role is a Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave_ This position will primarily support our Sales team by managing and executing tasks within our CRM system, Salesforce. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical sales data while working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide dedicated CRM (Salesforce) support to the Sales team.
- Enter and manage new orders and renewal contracts within Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity across the system.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to confirm the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data.
- Liaise with external clients to gather all relevant information required for processing orders and contracts. **About You**: - A recent graduate or an individual with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a corporate environment.
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English, with strong communication skills.
