IT Lead / Integration Manager HR Time project Italy - Remote Skills Required: - Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management
- Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Experience from working in an IT project within Energy is a plus.
