This Position reports to:
Global Category Manager **Your Role and Responsibilities** You will have the opportunity to be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Procurement department activities. Each day, you will lead/support process improvement teams. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and communicating periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- _Work model: _#LI-Hybrid_ In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Supporting the development and implementation of regional/global sourcing strategies in close alignment with the global Category leader.
- Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew pricelists, terms and conditions. Running benchmark studies for the category team and for specific sourcing initiatives.
- Creating local contract amendments to frame agreements on behalf of a country and updates/maintains frame contracts.
- Supporting regional/global sourcing initiatives within a defined set of categories, working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies.
- On-boarding new suppliers in close collaboration with the respective local buyer and run regular supplier evaluations and provide supplier reports to Businesses and Category Managers.
- Fostering communication internally, externally, and between different Divisions,



Business Units and Functions and support the implementation of PL activities and initiatives in the Region/Country through this clear communication. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the Role**
- You are highly skilled in teamwork and demonstrate strong flexibility.
- You have an enhanced knowledge of the Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
- You hold a degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a STEM discipline.
