- Your opportunity_ As a Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of non-merchandise materials to our warehouses and stores. You will manage the end-to-end flow of operations, coordinating closely with suppliers, carriers, KerOps, and Brand teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- How you will contribute_ The Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Support plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement, production, and distribution processes. This position requires a high level of coordination across multiple stakeholders, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.




- Support the coordination of shipments from suppliers to warehouses, monitoring timing and delivery status
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams
- Provide support in tracking stock levels and preparing basic reports
- Help ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documents
- Escalate issues or delays to the team and contribute to finding practical solutions
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to keep supply chain flows efficient
- Support the Manager for extraordinary activities / project
- Who you are_
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Team player, flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
