As an Asset Management Marketing Associate within the Italy Marketing team, you will combine strong operational execution with hands-on contribution to campaigns, content, and client-focused initiatives - helping deliver an exceptional experience for investors and intermediaries in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the local team,
driving business performance, and ensuring operational excellence across strategic, analytical, and executional activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the governance around Partnership Programs (planning, stakeholder alignment, approvals, reporting cadence) while supporting the day-to-day marketing operations to keep the engine running smoothly.
- Manage and update websites and client collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance adherence. Coordinate Client Advisor materials (including presentations), managing translations, version control and compliance sign-off, with a strong focus on clarity and narrative quality.
- Own and maintain our marketing presence on relevant third-party platforms and websites, showcasing product ranges and educational content effectively.
