About the role:

As aManufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for themedium‑and‑long‑term planningof one or more manufacturing projects. You will collect, consolidate, and manage fabrication sequences prepared by Manufacturing Engineers, aligning them with resource availability and production calendars. You will focus on ensuring that the project delivery dates meet their targets through smooth, efficient, and cost‑effective production planning. You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans. This is afull‑time position, performed100% onsite.





You will report to theHead of Operationsand be located inMonfalcone, Italy. You will befully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performmedium‑and‑long‑term planningfor one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining theProject Master Schedulebased on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers
- Assign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments
- Identify and monitor theproject critical path, supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives
- Control and expedite project execution, tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan
- Define, implement, and follow up onrecovery planswhen project progress is not aligned with objectives, minimizing disruptions and delays
