- Erogare i controlli sulle attività svolte dal fornitore per i Processi sopra menzionati.-
- Supportare nella gestire le richieste di servizio girate internamente dal BPO-
- Individuare i motivi per cui il BPO non è in grado di gestire in autonomia le richieste o Individuare possibili soluzioni da implementare
- Garantire gli aggiornamenti dei manuali
- Analizzare la reportistica prodotta dal BPO**Completano il profilo**:
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office-
- Lingua inglese-
