We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave for a period of 10 months. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Process active invoices,



including preparation, verification, and follow-up payments
- Prepare and maintain internal financial reports, including Work in Progress (WIP) and debtor reports
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations **About you**: - Diploma in Accounting (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a billing assistant is an advantage, but not essential
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach **What We Offer**
- Maximum annual gross salary: €30,000
- Meal vouchers (€8 per working day)
- Full-time, 10 month contract with immediate start
- Commercial labour contract
- One day of remote work per week
