**PROGRAMME MANAGER**_- Bonn (Germany)_ Serving at OCCAR in a senior capacity is a rare and rewarding opportunity to lead, contribute strategically, and foster international collaboration—while continuing to grow professionally alongside a dynamic team of experts. Communication is an essential skill for the post - English is our working language and the post is located in Bonn (Germany). ES1 Proven track record in Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of employment at senior level - ideally within the defence sector;
ES2 Proven ability to actively manage and solve project issues across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups;




ES3 Proven competence and experience in contracts and finance management including contract award and negotiations; You are required to have or obtain Security Clearance at OCCAR Secret level, and you are also required to be a citizen of the following ESSOR Programme Participating States: France, Finland, Germany, Italy and Spain.
