- **
Position Summary**: - We are looking for a Maintenance Support to join our team based in Pomezia (Rome).
- He/she will performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repairing procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
- **Duties**: - 1. Performing minor, major and emergency repairs of all buildings and equipment;
- 2. Performing preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical and electrical equipment;
- 3. Inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, seals, etc.;
- 4. Calibrating and repairing pneumatic systems;
- 5. Monitoring and analysis of water purification system;
- 6. Completing daily, weekly and monthly checklists on equipment maintenance procedures and maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures;
- 7. Asking quotes of supplies and replacement parts upon need;




- 8. Supervising external suppliers.
- **Education Degree**: - High School Diploma or GED
- **Required Experience**: - 3 years of experience in building, mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Good manual skills and ability to use electrical tools;
- Ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning of machines;
- Understanding of hydraulic systems;
- Understanding of circuit diagrams;
- Ability to clarify general maintenance requirements and simple procedures of different kinds of equipment;
