Amilon is looking for a Senior Business Developer to support the growth of its business in Italy, with a focus on the Gift Card and Fringe Benefits market . The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly within the HR sector.

Location: Italy
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 gross per annum (base salary)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Italian B2B market , with a focus on Gift Cards and Fringe Benefits.




- Identify and prospect new corporate clients , particularly HR departments and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle , from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with other Sales teams to ensure a consistent approach and contribute to shared revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or similar commercial roles.
- Experience in Fringe Benefits, Meal Vouchers, Welfare, HR services , or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition .
