**Position Type** Non-Management HR Intern - Human Resources Internship **Main responsibilities**: - Supporting the Human Resources department in daily activities
- Updating and maintaining the employee personnel database
- Coordinating activities and interdepartmental meetings
- Supporting employees during medical examinations
- Organizing leaving parties and monthly birthday celebrations
- Participating in the different phases of the recruitment process (phone interviews, interviews, assessment sending)
- Managing onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Preparing the weekly CTQ for the line-up **Learning path**:
The intern will acquire skills in: - Recruitment and selection processes (CV screening and interviews)
- Independent management of internship activation procedures
- Employee attendance management
- Support in employment contract administration
- Close involvement in staff training activities **Requirements**: - Strong interest in Human Resources




- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, discretion, and team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of the English language.
