Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Service Engineer to join our after-sales team in Italy. You will provide on-site and remote technical support for our solar PV and energy storage systems across Italy and the wider European region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance. Key Responsibilities Technical Service & Support Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair for solar PV systems and energy storage solutions Conduct preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Provide remote technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and online platforms Diagnose a
