The Opportunity As M&A; Manager, you will be central to the company’s growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations. Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple M&A; opportunities Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages Build and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions Prepare investment papers, valuations and strategic presentations Support the assessment of greenfield project risks, feasibility and strategic options Contribute to strategic analysis, portfolio studies and partnership evaluations Collaborate with global teams to support business planning and investment approvals Build strong working relationships across technical, financial and corporate functions Skills & Experience 4–5 years’ experience in M&A;, corporate finance, investment analysis or valuation Background in Big 4, inv
