to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. **#ELC**Sales Assistant Associations & Independent Perfumeries** The Sales Assistant - Internship supports the National Sales Manager of the Associations&Independent; Channel and her team in operational, analytical, and coordination activities, working with internal stakeholders and Sales Agents. The internship has a strong educational component and allows the intern to acquire solid competences in commercial areas, develop the ability to interact with customers and sales agents and navigate through sales processes. **Key Performance Areas**
- Support the Sales channel team in daily operational activities
- Prepare presentations for Customers and Comitato Commerciale
- Data collection on new launches, in order to track the execution
- Support the preparation of internal meetings and customer visits
- Support the Sales Manager with the tracking of sales agents data **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics and/or related fields
- No previous experience required
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial mindset
- Positive attitude and proactivity
- Flexibility and problemsolving abilities
- Fluent spoken and written English
