**Date**:Mar 10, 2026 **Location**: Milano, IT, 20134 **Company**:De Nora For our **Legal Department** we are seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern who will support the Group Legal & Compliance teams with a specific focus on: - Performing screening and due diligence activities on third parties (e.g., suppliers, agents, customers).
- Developing and implementing Compliance Programs, with specific focus on Anti-Corruption, Trade Compliance, and Privacy.
- Organizing and implementing Ethics & Compliance training programs.
- Preparing periodic compliance reports for management.
- Contracts review (NDA, test agreements, lease agreements, sales or supply agreements) **Requirements**:
