The successful candidate will join our Research & Insights team, which plays a key role across the entire creative process. On the front end, the team explores the digital, social, and cultural landscapes where our ideas come to life. On the back end, it measures, evaluates, and validates the performance of our creative projects through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
As a Research & Insights Executive, you will analyze and interpret data from social media and beyond to uncover actionable insights and identify communication opportunities. Working closely with our Editorial team, you will help turn data into strategic recommendations that inspire impactful creative work.
We are looking for someone who combines the analytical mindset of an Excel power user with the curiosity and instinct of a sociologist—someone who is equally comfortable working with numbers and understanding people.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Report: Track social media performance and communication campaigns across multiple brands, producing reports and presenting key findings and recommendations.
- Social Listening: Conduct social listening activities to deeply understand consumer conversations, behaviors, and perceptions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and benchmark brand performance.
- Research Execution: Support the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
- Trend Spotting: Identify emerging social, cultural, and digital trends, translating them into actionable insights for the creative and editorial teams.
Requirements
- A strong passion for the digital landscape and an excellent understanding of major social platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube).
- Hands-on experience with leading social analytics and social listening tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Emplifi, Sprinklr, Fanpage Karma, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, and GWI).
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative, digital, or communications agency (or a comparable environment).
