We take care of the whole process — from the initial idea and product selection to design, production, and delivery — with a strong focus on quality, aesthetics, and reliability.
As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join the team remotely and take ownership of the operational side of our client orders, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from sales handover to final delivery.
Your role
As an Operations Manager at Ocarius, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing client orders once they have been closed by the Sales team.
You’ll act as the main operational point of contact between clients, suppliers, designers, and the rest of the team, making sure that every order progresses correctly through confirmation, payment, production, shipping, and delivery.
A big part of your role will be keeping multiple orders organized at the same time, following up with suppliers and clients, identifying potential issues early,



and solving operational problems when they arise.
You’ll work closely with the founder, Sales Representatives, and Graphic Designer, while progressively taking ownership of Ocarius’ day-to-day order management.
The role is hands-on, flexible, and ideal for someone who enjoys organizing moving parts, solving problems, and making sure things actually get done.
What you’ll do
Receive confirmed orders from the Sales team and manage them through completion.
Review order details and make sure all required information is available before moving forward.
Communicate directly with clients regarding quantities, sizes, products, customization requirements, delivery details, and deadlines.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer when mockups, vectorization, or other design work is required.
Collect final client approval of products, quantities, size breakdowns, and graphic previews before production.
