We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and tackle high-impact problems in the renewable energy space. Rather than looking for someone tied to a specific framework or domain, we’re seeking an engineer with a strong understanding of software fundamentals, experience building production-grade systems, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You write clean, maintainable code, think in terms of scalability and reliability, and are comfortable making technical decisions.
This role is fully remote.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain a world-class renewable energy management system, handling tens of gigawatts of power worldwide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize and scale our backend infrastructure to handle increasing demand
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our applications
- Write high-quality code and contribute to building complete systems (backend and frontend), not just isolated components.
- Work alongside exceptional developers, learning and sharing knowledge every day.

- Smart and gets things done
- 6+ years of hands-on experience, especially .NET focused
- You are a great software engineer and can contribute to creating great software engineering teams
- You consistently deliver high-quality software
- You have experience in system architecture, databases, and are comfortable with both strongly typed and dynamic programming languages.
- You are highly skilled in database management
- You have a strong understanding of modern architectures, databases and queues
- You have a 4-hour overlap with CET time zones
- You’re eligible to obtain a visa and can travel to Italy within three months of hiring
