What is your role?
We’re looking for a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in Barge (Cuneo, Italy). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of finance and accounting activities while working in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environment within a dynamic and international company.
Responsabilità essenziali:
Your day in the life of a Finance & Accounting Intern at ITT
In this role, you will support the Finance team with the following responsibilities:
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Assisting with invoice processing and accounting registrations
- Recording customer payments
- Supporting credit collection activities
- Managing payment due dates and outstanding balances
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Group policies
- Supporting daily accounting activities through SAP System
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions on finance-related activities
- Providing operational support to the Finance team in day-to-day activities
Requisiti di posizione:
What will make you our perfect match?
The ideal candidate is willing to work in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow within the Finance function. Key requirements are:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel and Pivot Tables
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2 level or above)
- Proactive approach and strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
