Our client, a Food Multinational company, whose brand is known worldwide, has entrusted us with the search for an Agronomist. **Descrizione della posizione** Reporting to the Agriculture Manager, will manage the following accountabilities: - Support farmers during cultivation for technical support to achieve the best result possible, verify the crop growth and define a control strategy for the crop diseases. It is important to have a direct control of our crops on the fields;
- Be responsible of the quality of the assigned crops till the good acceptance in the Factory. Connect with the Factory quality dep and Production team during the production periods to solve problems or to evaluate improvement of the crop;
- Evaluate the final crop result on cultivation/quality/productivity;




- Be responsible for all cost of the crop assigned to evaluate with the line manager results and possible improvements;
- Support the assigned farmers in the Sustainability work and to make the self-assessment according the company standard (FSA);
- Keep in order all the assigned crops data. Weekly report, crop card, farming workbook and make the necessary purchasing order for the assigned crops;
- Improvement projects. **Requirements**: - Agriculture Degree;
- It is an advantage if she/he has a previous experience of 5 years in the role;
- She/he has a good technical knowledge about the agriculture and manufacturing processes;
