The Opportunity Role We're seeking an accomplished Commerciale for the southern region of Italy to join Marco's team. This role offers the chance to:

Key Responsibilities Business Development (70%) Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Generate and qualify leads
Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
Prepare and negotiate proposals
Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%) Co-develop and refine market strategies
Optimize sales tools and processes
Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%) Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
Organize and participate in networking events
Build relationships with key influencers
Enhance company reputation in Italy
Additional Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client relationships
