- **Onboarding & Verification**: Manage the customer journey from the first click to final verification, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- **Portfolio Growth**: Collaborate with the Payments and Collections teams to ensure customer retention and high satisfaction levels.
- **Market Insight**: Use your sales expertise to identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to our product offerings. **Requirements**: - **Language**: Native or C1 level fluency in **German** (essential) and a professional command of **English**.
- **Sales Experience**:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment** (e.g., Telesales, Business Development, or Commission-based Retail).
- **Financial Literacy**: Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
- **Tech Savvy**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office,
specifically **Excel**, and experience with CRM systems.
- **Work Authorization**: You must hold an **EU Passport** or currently have the legal right to work in Malta.
